We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for all of our products and upgrade options for both tracking ($2.50) and express ($5).
Delivery will take between 3-14 days after shipping, dependant on where you are based.
How many Baby Milestone Cards are in a pack?
Our Luxe Collection contains 68 milestones & moments (35 double sided cards), and our Classic Collection contains 36 milestones & moments (19 double sided cards).
Do you provide custom milestone cards?
Unfortunately at this stage, we are unable to accept custom orders for milestone cards.
What size are your wall prints?
Most of our collections are available in sizes A5, A4 & A3. If you can't find the size you need, we will happily customise the colour or/and size - just drop us a message to email@example.com, let us know what you're after and we'll get back to you with a quote.
How soon can you dispatch my order?
Wall prints + Milestone Cards
Please allow up to 4 business days for all orders to be dispatched. Please allow additional time for customised orders & shipping.
If you need your order super urgently, please bear in mind that our Express Post option refers to the postage only - the timeframe for dispatching your order will remain the same (i.e. up to 4 business days), however we will always try our best to get them out to you sooner than this.
Our turnaround for digital order is 72 hours. We can usually accomodate urgent requests if you require yours sooner, however drop us a quick email just to check first firstname.lastname@example.org
Printed Invitations + Custom Prints
As these are specially created, please allow a little longer for all customised orders. Usually they will be dispatched within 7 business days to allow for printing (we use a professional printing company), with added time for postage . Digital orders will generally be emailed to you within 4 business days.
All products are lovingly packaged to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on providing beautifully printed designs & are happy to replace any of our non custom designs should there be a fault.
Due to the nature of custom designs (digital files, invitations & prints), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any incorrect text assuming this it is as provided in your order. We want to make sure that you love your purchase, so please contact me within 10 days if there are any issues, however please be aware of the following when ordering a custom designs:
- Words will be copied exactly as they are provided.
- Due to different screen calibrations, colours on your print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen
Please be aware that unfortunately our postal providers do not yet offer a fragile service. Whist every care is taken in packing your order, we are not responsible for any breakages or damage to your order during the delivery process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com and include a photo of the damaged item.
